  • Individual Membership: $35 for one cardholder
  • Educator Membership: $25 (available to all teachers of public, private, and secondary schools)
  • Couple Membership: $60 (any two member household)
  • Family Membership: $99 (four member household)
  • Premium Family Membership: $120 (six member household)
